Welcome to Silky Skin. By booking and undergoing treatments, you agree to the following terms. 1. Consultation and Assessment A consultation is required before any treatment to determine suitability based on skin type, health history, and treatment goals. Clients must provide complete and accurate information to ensure safety; Silky Skin is not liable for adverse effects due to undisclosed medical conditions. The clinic reserves the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsuitable based on the consultation. 2. Packages, Memberships, and Payments We offer packages and memberships for multi-treatment savings. These are valid only within the specified period, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Pricing is subject to change for future purchases, and updated pricing information is available online and in-clinic. A deposit may be required to confirm a booking, which is non-refundable unless cancellation meets our notice requirements. 3. Booking, Cancellation, and No-Shows We require 24–48 hours’ notice for any appointment cancellation or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows may incur a fee or result in deposit forfeiture. Consistent no-shows or late cancellations may impact a client’s ability to book future appointments. 4. Results and Satisfaction Treatment results vary based on individual factors. While we aim for high-quality outcomes, specific results cannot be guaranteed. Refunds are not provided for completed treatments. In cases of documented medical complications, a partial refund may be offered at management’s discretion. 5. Aftercare and Follow-Up Aftercare instructions are provided to maximize results and minimize risks. Clients are responsible for following these instructions; Silky Skin is not liable for adverse effects due to failure to adhere to recommended aftercare. 6. Health, Safety, and Confidentiality Our clinic follows strict hygiene and safety protocols to protect client health. All client information is treated confidentially according to applicable privacy laws. If you are pregnant, nursing, or have health conditions that may affect treatment, please inform us in advance. 7. Liability and Risks Laser treatments involve risks, including redness, swelling, and temporary discomfort. By agreeing to proceed, clients accept these risks. Silky Skin is not liable for adverse effects unless due to clinic negligence. 8. Changes to Terms Silky Skin reserves the right to amend these terms.
